Terms and Conditions
Ordering and Cancellation:
Please allow at least 48 hours' notice for Cupcake Bouquets and 7-day notice for Customised Cake orders. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice for all cakes. Cancellations are subject to a 50% reservation/incidental/processing fee. Rescheduling is permitted once and must be done within 24 hours of the original booking date; otherwise, the reservation will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.
Collection Policy:
During the ordering process, clients are provided with a selection of pickup times. If a client fails to collect their order during their chosen time slot and does not provide prior notification, their pickup will be rescheduled to the next available slot. Please be aware that collections are not available on Sundays. Collections outside of normal pickup hours may be arranged given prior notice, depending on availability, and will incur an additional fee. Late collections will incur a fee of €30 per hour or part thereof.
Changes to Order:
We recognize that your plans and needs may evolve after your booking has been finalized and paid for in full. Modifications to your order can be made up to two weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. All changes are contingent upon availability and reasonable adjustments. Please note that any alterations to your cake order may result in a price increase, with the additional amount due two weeks before pickup or collection. Beyond these deadlines, the design and size specifications will be fixed.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued if the bakery is at fault. Clients seeking a refund are required to return their cake to the bakery. Refunds are processed through bank transfer and can take up to 10 working days. Should the bakery have begun the authorised work on your cake, it will retain a proportionate amount of the cake fee, along with a consultation and processing charge. Deposits made to reserve a specific date are non-refundable.
Liability Policy:
Tara's Baked Bouquets shall not be held liable for any damage to cakes once they have left the bakery premises. The client is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the cake after departure. Tara's Baked Bouquets disclaims responsibility for any unforeseen events, such as accidents, transport problems, weather conditions, illness, death, labor disputes, supply delays, conflicts, strikes, or any other situations outside of our control. Incidents, transit delays, improper storage, or display issues will not be considered valid reasons for a discount or a refund.
Servings Policy:
Please ensure you order the correct number of servings to meet your requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any shortage of cake due to an incorrect number of guests or failure to cut slices according to industry standards.
Photography Policy:
Tara's Baked Bouquets reserves the right to use all photographs of your cake for advertising and promotional purposes on our website, social media, and portfolio brochure. By agreeing to this, you consent to our taking and using such images as described and release any and all claims related to such use. Payment in full acts as a release authorization for the aforementioned material.
Allergy and Dietary Warning:
Our products may contain, or come into contact with, milk, gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens that could trigger allergic or medical reactions. If you have requested the exclusion of a specific food item from your cake, our bakery will follow best HACCP practices to accommodate your order. However, it is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of this risk, and Tara's Baked Bouquets cannot be held liable for any allergic or medical reactions.
